Great company, folks are awesome and smart Fast paced environment Tech is always improving Aggressive expansion strategies
Cons
Re-orgs in the company are frequent, not layoffs or firings or anything but you should expect to have a different manager every few months or at most a year WLB depends on the team, some teams have heavy EOC while others are cruising. Some departments are better at promotions then others.
