Pros
Super interesting technology and cutting edge design work. The team at Wearable Sensing is like family with amazing synergy. Management is fair and offer room to climb the ladder - just need to put in the work. The benefits are decent and pay is competitive. Former employees may have left negative reviews but there is a reason why they are former employees! Not to be discouraged, this company has a great work environment. As an employee from the inception, I am truly proud to be a team member at Wearable Sensing.
Cons
Unfortunately we don't have a patio with a Jacuzzi.

- tons of opportunity to learn about the industry and about the science behind the technology and applications - freedom to set your own work schedule - clear task assignments without any micromanagement - decent benefits, paid time off, and flexibility to plan personal travel before/after work travel Overall, if you are able to handle working for a small business that has its imperfections, you get to reap the benefits stated above
Cons
Working for a small business can be challenging. Things don't always go according to plan and mistakes are made often If you need an organized routine, professional workplace systems, and clear-cut company policies, you are better off working for a large company.
