In my experience, I had the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, which kept my daily work engaging and helped me grow faster. Team has also been very supportive throughout, making it easier to handle challenges and learn new things.

Cons

Sometimes project requirements change in between a project, which is challenging, and balancing multiple projects requires strong time management skills, work from home option is limited.
