1. It was like a family if you are in the localization department. Everyone is given equal opportunity to grow. Office politics is everywhere, but the fact that it stays in the office only not beyond work is the beauty of Webdunia. 2. HR team is one of the best I have ever seen. Specifically the HR head Mr. Swapnil Joshi, a Gentleman of a person. Would always welcome you with a smile and solve your issues promptly. 3. Salaries are on time and Bonuses are given whenever due. 4. Absolutely amazing office infrastructure. 5. Perks like Life insurance, PF and other benefits. 6. Decent Increments.
