- Flexible work times. - Light management touch, enough to keep you motivated but not over bearing and no micro management. - Excellent back office support.

Cons

- Small in Australia (huge in Europe) so you will need to be self-motivated and willing to put yourself out there. - Product range can be a bit limiting.
