Pros

Webgains is a lovely place to work. The support from colleagues and management is great, and the variety of work keeps things dynamic and engaging. As a service-driven business, it’s rewarding to be part of a team that genuinely cares about delivering value for our clients. I also appreciate that we have a clear mission that’s easy to get behind. Plus, the people here are absolutely lovely, creating a positive and collaborative environment!

Cons

Ive worked in affiliate marketing for a long time, so my con is more on how internal the industry is but Webgains does a good job at trying new things.

The work was varied and challenging, and I had an amazing manager who truly cared about my well-being and progression. Regular weekly updates from senior leaders made me feel part of the company's vision, and I could directly see how my work was impacting overall goals. Social and industry events were regularly held, giving me the opportunity to meet colleagues from other offices and contacts from across the industry. There were also frequent opportunities for self-development and training.

Cons

The work was sometimes stressful and difficult to manage but this is standard across the industry, Affiliates can be demanding & fast-paced.
