Business outlook
Pros
Great colleagues. Beautiful panoramic location between the Pesaro hills. Different project to manage avoid being annoyed. Nice portfolio and big stimulating brands (mainly Italian) to work with. Perfect place to grow from zero of low level to an advanced one.
Cons
Lack of meritocracy. Almost all employee get the same salary (1200/1300€ net monthly average) with very low possibility of career. No bonuses.
