      Great Company, really cares about their employees

      Pros

      Upper management really cares about the people. It is impossible to make everyone happy but they are open to hearing what people have to say and considering ways to improve. They rebranded a few years back - everything from marketing/design, remodeling the corporate offices (absolutely stunning), and company culture and connection. They are committed to creating a great work environment for their staff.

      Cons

      Change takes time. Weitzman is careful and thoughtful about their decisions and sometimes that may take longer than people would like but you can trust they have your best interest in mind.
