Cons

You have to hustle your haircuts to make decent money, 10 hour days at 4 days a week is hard work. Salon management wasn’t the best but it also wasn’t the worst. Depends on which location you are at

Weldon is a great company. When there were things that I felt like could be improved, management really listened to me and helped make those changes! Small family company with amazing clients and employees to work with as well.

Cons

Would like a few more product offerings for customers that has specific hair needs.

Such a great place to work if you are looking for a place to call home. You make what you put into it and there is no cap. The leadership is friendly and easy to work for.

Cons

Willing to build your clientele and put the work in will get you really far.
