Management doesn't treat employees like they care about them. They are more concerned with $$. They manage by bullying their employees.

Senior Management is unlike I have ever seen at this facility. Senior Leadership are inexperienced tyrants that will single handedly destroy the company if they don't stop treating people poorly. There are Senior Leaders who are control freaks that have to be involved in everything from controlling shipping door assignments to temp employees cleaning rice out of floor cracks. The Manager they have is great, but serves only as the whipping boy and exists merely to take blame for everything and anything that goes "wrong". They treat third party transportation companies like slaves and speak to them so disrespectfully! No technology or tools to measure, perform or god forbid improve production/processes in any way. Be weary of any promises made of improvement or your involvement in "molding" the companies future. I fell for it and quickly saw it was an empty promise and the reality was much more horrid.
