I have had the pleasure of working at Wellvana and I can confidently say that it is a great organization that prioritizes both the employee's well-being and operational excellence. The RN direct leadership team is notably reasonable and flexible, and they create an environment where employees feel supported. Direct leaders provide a clear implementation of metrics and standards regarding call volumes that RN's should make per day, which helps provide a valuable guide to focus on performance and drive improvement. You always know what the goal is for the day and what the expectations are. Direct RN leaders have always actively engaged with staff, provided consistent support, and helped share strategies to enhance effectiveness. I never felt left alone to navigate challenges; they are very approachable, and they encourage employees to voice their ideas and concerns, which is reassuring. Staff is always kept in the loop weekly on any changes or updates. Every team member is incredibly helpful and pleasant. In terms of benefits, there is a generous PTO policy that allows for employees to maintain a healthy work-life balance, and the compensation is competitive! The added advantage of being fully remote provides a great deal of flexibility that I have yet to find as an RN in any other organization. Overall, I would recommend this company to anyone seeking a supportive work environment!!
