- 9-6 work hours - 401k is not available immediately upon starting - No unlimited PTO, but a pretty generous policy with flex time

It's rewarding to read feedback like this because it reflects many of the things we work hard to preserve as we grow. Our goal is to keep improving the employee experience, our processes, and the product without losing sight of what got us here in the first place. We appreciate you sharing your perspective and for being part of the team!

Pros

WhatConverts has one of the best organizational structures I’ve worked under. Expectations are clear, systems are well thought out, and you’re genuinely set up for success from day one. Once you’re ramped, leadership trusts you to do your job and largely gets out of the way. No micromanagement, no performative busywork. Just a place that values output over optics, which is rarer than it should be.

Cons

Being fully remote can feel a bit lonely at times, especially if you’re used to an office environment or spontaneous hallway conversations. That said, the flexibility more than makes up for it, and it’s a fair trade if you’re comfortable operating independently.

Thank you! We appreciate you taking the time to write this. It’s great to hear that the structure, expectations, and trust from leadership are checking the boxes for you. We also appreciate you calling out the trade-offs of remote work. The flexibility is something many of our team value, even if it looks different from a traditional office environment.

Pros

I’ve been at WhatConverts for a year now, and it’s been such an exciting ride! The team is full of smart, passionate, and genuinely kind people, making it a truly great place to work. I really appreciate the leadership, love what we do, and it’s been rewarding to see both the company’s growth and my own impact over the past year. I’m excited to keep helping scale WhatConverts and be part of something truly innovative and that drives real impact for our customers.

Cons

Honestly, nothing I can think of.
