Nice area to live - but at the company there really is none.
Cons
If I could give 0 stars for everything I would. Bad benefits and if you are hourly don't expect to get any PTO, small company with no HR, less than standard pay, Owners of the company/management constantly late on projects for clients even when employees help them catch up. Saw a decent amount of discrimination by the owners of the company to female employees as well as employees who had kids. Very Micro-managed environment and also no room for growth at company. There are no values at this company and also expect to be worked into the ground.

Gunnison is a beautiful town with plenty of activities.
Cons
Low pay, no vacation pay, no holiday pay, aggressive management style, work deviates from contract, no appreciation for long days, difficult to request time off as there is no vacation pay, so no vacation time.
