      Like the promoters. Hate the Engineers

      The best reasons to works here was the technology and marketing gyan that the promoters gave thanx to their experience. These fellows have spent good time in the good companies and in USA and India, best practices and good quality standards. great leadership and vision- no doubt

      Cons

      Culture in company was bad because of engineering culture was very poor. all engineers were not committed as much as leadership was involved. Investor fellows managed to shut down the company becuase of poor startup understanding

      Good senior Management & founding team. Good vision- these guys know how to build companies from scratch

      Cons

      - Terrible set of investors with no patience and lack of visibility - Horrendous set of engineering hire- Most guy have no gratitude for the fact that they have a great employment opportunity. good and big Companies like Cisco just let go of 8000 employees. so what is big deal if Wifinity lets go of engineers because of lack of funds

      Management is sonderful. Talent pool is good now. BEfore i came here it was not good at all.

      No cons. ony big con is now a pro.- It is a good thing that all the prior engineers with very poor technical skills are gone. Bisness development needs improvement Engineering VP has not much depth. Has done work in some unrelated areas only
