      Sometimes disorganized, NEED to be independently motivated, sometimes odd scheduling for hours

      Very team oriented, clients are great. Really saw progress. Strong clinical programming - innovative to meet client needs .

      Management was chaotic and indecisive at times. Very stressful at times .
