      Love it here!

      Pros

      Flexible schedule. Great work life balance. Middle management does a great job of staying between product development and executives. No micro-managing. Treated like a professional and trusted to get your work done.

      Cons

      Projects tend to have so many dependencies that they take a long time to get out the door. Agile still feels like waterfall.

      Good company, but needs more direction

      Pros

      Great team of hard-working professionals creating very high quality products. Very little politics, except a little to much "hands on" from CEO. The AMP product has a lot of potential if they can get a major vendor to commit to using it. Good company culture. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Games app product is dated and slipping in the PC market. Mobile product has not made up the difference. CEO is fairly reactionary and there tend to be a fair number of unforeseen "fire fights" every month, which makes it hard to meet deadlines.

      Great Place to Build or Expand Upon a Skillset

      Pros

      Knowledgeable peers and sharp executive management when I worked there. You have to bring your A game as there is a high degree of expertise throughout. Lots of opportunity to make in impact and add value. On paper this is a smaller company, but they operate as a company that is quite a bit larger. Good benefits, location, onsite gym.

      Cons

      Highly dynamic industry means that you cannot be completely confident in the organization's stability at a given time. Very poor compensation and appraisal process is arbitrary. Re-orgs happen on a consistent basis.
