The company values their employees and is open for ideas and feedbacks from us that can help the business improve. They don't treat us an employee but a family! No yelling or shouting if you do things the wrong way!Doesn't micromanage! Salary is on time too ♥️.

Cons

Would be best if salary increases depending on your tasks and/or tenurity. So far all is good. Couldn't ask for more. ♥️
