Pros
Free time in the middle of the day, off for most of Friday, decent pay, great students, listens to the advice of it's teachers (within reason), and wonderful coworkers.
After reading many negative reviews on this site about the company, I finally decided, it was my turn to come on here and talk.
Winglish is a good company. Many of the things stated in the previous reviews are untrue. The checks are not constantly late. The company does not deduct anyone's pay, but there is an attendance incentive that you could lose, if you arrive late or not at all. No one has ever been fired for not signing a contract or complaining to the company.
Cons
Morning shift starts very early in the winter, no paid vacation, and no benefits. The starting pay could be a little bit higher, but it is not bad.
