Pros
The people - From entry level to CEO the staff is great. The owners work everyday, they have their hands in everything, unlike most companies that have experienced the growth Winxnet has. The owners care about their staff and their clients. Without a doubt one of the best places I"ve ever worked.
The motivation and drive - The owners are motivated to grow their business, as any owner should be. The best part of their motivation is they have the same desire for their staff to grow. They promote from within without hesitation and actually care about your career goals. Its nice to be more than just an employee number to the CEO.
The work environment is great, even on the days things might be a little hectic.
The pay is very competitive & the benefits are great.
There is incredible opportunity for growth and advancement, and they help you achieve that.
They encourage work life balance and treat everyone like real people, that is huge, especially with the level of growth they've achieved in the time they've achieved it.
Cons
I cant think of any. Some might say the fact that there is so much to do that they "create workaholics" but when you love what you do, you don't consider that a bad thing.
