Excelent facilities and team.
A great culture focused on improving citizenship.
Lots of projects keep the rhythm high and challenging.
Lots of good perks and i loved the retirement plan, but above all they cared with us - my team leader was great.
They allow for great flexibility regarding work/life balance, either for child care or simply when you have a cold or have personal commitments. Remote work is not a standard but i took advantage of it many times.
Cons
It's not the kind of place to grow vertically. So if you want to be a team leader... you can learn how to and then move on. But if you take joy from growing in responsibility and job description then this con is also a pro.
Good office space and equipment
Easy going environment
Cons
Very low wages (compared to the market averages)
No propects for long time careers
Projects lack direction and control
Ineffective methods and tools to control workloads
No learning programs
