      Pros

      Witekio has a great culture, flexibility (hybrid, remote, working hours) and people are great. As a company has a great potential for growth, engineers can work on some interesting projects and there is lots of collaboration and help from others. Overall great company to work for.

      Cons

      Not many downsides, unless you are looking for an office that has a buzz and lots of people in the office, then Witekio wouldn't be for you.
