      - Modern thinking firm which values employee satisfaction and a good work/ life balance - Senior management are grown ups who can handle constructive criticism and genuinely care about staff - The case management system is highly advanced and continuously developed - Training is available for anyone who needs it with additional mentoring to help progress

      You will have cons in any work place but there's no major ones at Juno - management are good at listening and working to resolve problems.

      Pros

      Fantastic culture. Positive energy. The company is focussed on Employee well-being after all. Fully remote. Everyone in the company seems like genuine and hard-working individuals.

      Cons

      Always aware that we're in startup mode and "numbers need to start adding up soon". Product is very niché so in dire times (like financial meltdowns) it's the type of product companies will drop first.

      Great team, all very passionate about the product. Lots of collaboration and transparency - all positive and negative news is shared and discussed. Plenty of opportunity to decide how best to get the job done.

      Cons

      Its a small team so theres lots to do, you need to manage your time well.
