Make your own schedule - very flexible, motivating and fun environment, making lots of much needed changes!! I'm provided with all the sales tools I need and weekly training that is beneficial to my learning. They set you up for success.

Cons

Many changes being made currently... they are all good changes that were necessary, but it's hard to keep up sometimes. The benefits are not good. Health insurance - so expensive - is the only thing offered.
