      Pros

      There are a good bit of internal social functions that shut down the company, half day releases, etc. Dog friendly, HR interview and onboarding processes were smooth, automated, and hosted. Very welcoming staff, strong company vision and direction. The office is nice to work in, and the equipment we use every day is fairly nice.

      Cons

      Nothing that any other company doesn't have and less than many.

      Pros

      Been here for 13 something years. Love the founder, it's a place where we can be open and honest and share. Lots of growth opportunities because the company continues to grow FAST.

      Cons

      It's very fast paced. Sometimes overwhelming. It can be easy to feel burnt out but on the flip side the team is very people focused and self care is important.

      -Laid back, family feel, great culture -Young, hip company- very active with tech and social media -Offers products that help to make homes safer for people and pets -Entire team loves pets! You can bring your dog to work -Rapidly growing; huge year-over-year growth for past 5+ years -Pretty good benefits (insurance, PTO, VTO, etc...) -Flexibility to hybrid work from home and office
