Pros

The company has a very active and positive work environment. Management is flexible and understanding and show interest in maintaining good work conditions for employees.

Cons

The main downside is compensation, as although it’s not terrible, for the line of work the company is in, I feel compensation could be higher. Additionally, there doesn’t seem to be a lot of room for growth within the company.
