Pros

The work is really inspiring. I learned a lot about myself and was able to help others in the process. The team are really positive and supportive. The leaders are caring and put a lot of work in.

Cons

Smaller company and the work is seasonal so not as much stability but it's fine if you have other work or want something more flexible

I've learned so much about working in a team from completing my co-op placement at X Movement. Kaela Bree embraces so much positivity and grace as a CEO. She always finds a way to motivate and engage people in projects that benefit and energize the youth. I always use my experience at X Movement as an example of successful teamwork.

Cons

Need to continue growing and expanding their reach because it has such a great impact on the youth.

- working with kids is magic - awesome culture - leaders really care

Cons

- small organization in social impact space so stretched thin - struggled to survive COVID so a bit tough when reopening
