      Pros

      Folgers Coffee / There's a nice pond outside.

      Cons

      Working weekends, cut throat, layoffs quarterly to the lowest people (production or simple admin folks) when top level strategy fails to meet wall street quota. NO communication on who was let go (Scary). No real strategy with chosen mid level to upper level Danaher Management, they will simple pump and dump their numbers in two years to be on to a next higher paid assignment. DBS used for personal gain and silo politics. QDIPS! Save yourself unless you're desperate for a check.

      Pros

      Leadership team believes in diversity and inclusion (still a ways to go but they are putting in the effort and driving change). Strong culture of success which is supported by navigating through the challenge of COVID without any mass layoffs. Associate safety has been top of mind throughout pandemic and support resources are strong. Plenty of opportunity if you are willing to work for it.

      Cons

      Leadership turnover is difficult but the current leadership team I believe has us on the right trajectory. We are finally starting to see paths to sustainable growth.
