Among the benefits are a very friendly atmosphere, professional team, a lot of space for self-improvement, willingness to take risks and experiment with new strategies, creative approach to everything, regular performance/salary reviews, a pretty decent social package. Working here is a very good job opportunity, I would definitely recommend it to a friend.
Cons
I can't say something that there is something that will prevent you from growing as a professional in a company. Of course, X1 has its problems in terms of market presence, but they are working on strengthening their positions and improve sales level.
