Pros

Entirely work-from-home culture and very flexible. When my wife had a medical emergency, it was absolutely no problem to log-off and deal with it for two days, no questions asked.

Cons

Scale-up business so it can be busy. Not a "con" for me as such.

Pros

All the employees are very friendly and happy to help, while working towards the same goal of making the company successful. I feel very valued, heard and listened to in my time here, whether that's ideas for what we could do as a business, or personal matters.

Cons

Could do with more interactions between departments.

I agree with your point about more interactions between departments and it is something we are working on improving. The nature of the hybrid working that we have extended since the end of restrictions, whilst great for our people and their work life balance, does make this a little harder, but we will get there.
