      Pros

      Small company, so its a great place to start. You will learn and be very hands on with your work. Whether it's IT or Customer Service or sales. Veteran staff all throughout the company. They don't make you feel left out.

      Cons

      Glass Ceiling. Once again not bad but its a small company. Solid place to start but if you get stuck, there isn't much room to move up.

      Pros

      Seeing the previous reviews makes me wonder if we are working at the same company! Definitely room for growth and accomplishments are recognized not only by mgmt., but the owner as well. There are always sales contests, and different things going on to motivate employees. This is a great place to start out with having a job, which can easily turn into a career.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is that some things in the office need to be updated, but that is in process.
