Pros

I really enjoy working with different teams across the company. It gives me a chance to learn from others and broaden my experience. I also like that I get to work on new features and explore new technologies, which keeps the work interesting and helps me grow.

Cons

Occasionally, priorities shift quickly, and more structured processes and documentation would help make collaboration even smoother.
