      Pros

      Fast paced, dynamic, possible for anyone to make a real difference to the product. Nice work environment and friendly people. Senior management keep everyone informed of what's going on and they make good decisions.

      Cons

      It's a small team with a lot of things to do, so everyone is always busy. Company is growing fast so things change quickly.

      - Quality, experienced founders who are both great human beings and super knowledgeable. You know the ship is being well steered. - Brilliant team. It is a humbling and joyous group to be around. Some incredible brains and also great smiles and laughs to be shared. - Great flexibility and empowerment for everyone to manage and balance their life at, and outside of work, the way they personally want to. - Growth and upside. It's exciting at XY Sense with a really bright future. Very rewarding to be able to make an impact and be a part of the upward trajectory.

      Cons

      Of course early stage startup has some bumps and challenges. Thats part of the deal and part of the fun. If you see something that needs doing then it is up to you to do it so you need to be prepared to roll-up your sleeves. Might be a downside for some.
