      Team work are the key in the company, Boss is very nice. Multiple profitable strategies. work life balance is pretty good. Flexible.

      Cons

      There are certain people not contributing but get the free pass. Fix cost of the company is little high. compensation below average

      Pros

      Xambal is small company and has the qualities small company. Your work is very important and has big impact on the company sucess. Good commication between individuals. Good suport from sr mangement. Flexible work enviroment.

      Cons

      The pay is not very good. It is struggling to make profit. Until makes the jump to a profit it will be difficult to get good compensation. Not many senior individuals witn in depth knowledge of the trading arena.
