Pros

Everyone at Xceed is great to work with - both peers and management. Management team is very open and concerned about their employees. The high quality of personnel makes me feel very fortunate to be a part of the team.

Cons

No U.S. HQ location. Jobs are work from home, which is also a pro. But it would be nice if there was a place for everyone to meet from time to time.

Xceed has built and continues to build a high-quality team of architects, engineers and program managers to deliver specialized services to major IT companies and clients. HR and corporate upport systems are designed well and in many cases outsourced to maximize the benefits without the overheads.

Cons

Xceed is not a huge company. It relies on the high-quality people to work together as a team for its clients. There is a not a deep resource pool to call on for handling administrative tasks that can be performed by the team members themselves.

Pros

XG hire resource that have right attitude as well as experience, this shows via many positive client feedback (simple as get things done!) - many service offerings such as helping with a failed IT programme & change recovery, PMaaS, DC and Cloud migrations - and many more!.

Cons

We are growing so so quickly and find this environment inspiring. However, If you are someone who wants a very corporate and processed environment and likes to hide behind layers of people, probably not the role or company for you.
