      Cons

      No company is perfect right? The challenge is name recognition upon the recent re-brand to Xcitium. However, over time this will not be a concern!

      - The technology is different, and pricing is very competitive which makes it easy to sell.

      Cons

      - To thrive here, you need to be able to adapt & pivot unconditionally. Constantly look for ways to be better and excel at your area of work. Keeping your foot on the gas will be the easiest way to find success anywhere, but that holds more true here - Many companies have a large team of SDRs to funnel leads daily, it seems that Xcitium is a bit lean in qualified leads, so self prospecting should be expected
