Working for a company that is revolutionising the battery industry means things are constantly evolving and you get to be part of that fast paced environment. Culture in the company is good, very inclusive and always striving to push the boundaries and improve. Options for overtime are helpful.

Cons

In comparison to previous employment, there is very little to complain about here.

I have been with Xerotech for 11 months, so far I am thoroughly enjoying my position and the experience I have gained. It is a very exciting company to be part of and I look forward to developing my career here with the future growth of the business. The people working here are a great support and we have a fantastic sports and social committee who have arranged many team events.
