      Pros

      Volunteer opportunities. Good pay. Global presence. Great people. Lots of work to put in with lots to learn. Great attitude and communication across the hierarchy.

      Cons

      Lot of moving pieces with lot specific industry jargon to learn. Job requires taking calls from customers, which can include a lot of annoying spam calls and misguided calls.
