      Pros

      When there are no boundaries (i.e. managers), anything is possible around here. The level of transprency is exceptional! Agile coaches that drive company forward. Feedback culture is excellent in here.

      Cons

      It’s definititely not for everybody - when you need to be in comfort zone 90% in your work time, choose different company ;-)
