      Pros

      The company gives you space to actually own your work. As a designer, that’s rare. You’re trusted with real responsibility, invited into important conversations, and encouraged to push the craft. The projects are diverse, the clients are strong, and the environment is genuinely creative. The team is collaborative and approachable, which makes even intense days feel manageable. Growth here feels organic because you’re constantly learning on the job.

      Cons

      Like any fast-moving creative setup, things can get hectic. Processes are still evolving, and on busy days it feels like the pace gets ahead of the structure. Nothing deal-breaking, just areas that tighten with time.

      Incredible work culture- warm, welcoming, and genuinely collaborative. Extremely talented team- you get to learn from some of the best in the industry every single day. Great growth opportunities for someone starting out, with lots of exposure to real brand work. Managers and seniors are supportive and open to helping you improve. Dynamic environment that keeps you motivated and inspired.

      Cons

      Fast-paced work can feel a bit overwhelming initially (but pushes you to grow). Workload can spike during major campaigns but its fun and you get to learn ALOT. No coffee machine in the office (a small thing, but you miss it during long days!).
