      Pros

      People centric company who invest in their employees PD and have transparent management structures. Yoobee Colleges have gone a transformation over the past years which has created a great work culture and aligned the company values.

      Cons

      Good life work balance but maybe more travel to other Campuses could be a good idea.

      Pros

      Yoobee really empower their teams to manage their Campuses and there is good support for both personal and career growth. Good communication flow in an open and honest environment.

      Cons

      Company has grown allot so there are still some processes that are being firmed up so to enjoy this opportunity you need to be able to adapt and contribute to the direction the company is taking.
