      Pros

      Great office environment to work in - really great leaders in the company who are very approachable, amazing and friendly co-workers who are extremely helpful, free office snacks and cold brew on tap, good salary, and inexpensive and comprehensive benefits. Its a great casual organization with no BS.

      Cons

      The pace is really fast, so you really need to roll up your sleeves and get it done. Can be stressful at times. The office hours are 9-6 PM, so its a long day. But most people have the ability to work remote so it balances out.
