      Pros

      very structured but open to change with my school hours. pay is fair and potential to grow. they offer health insurance medical and vision dental.

      Cons

      you have to spend lots of time learning medical terms. you also have to get training in security and privacy which is expected however one cannot start to untell one finishes all requirements. they do pay while training, however, cannot officially start until you complete all. tedious

      Pros

      Learned medical terminology. Due to an upcoming company there are only a handful of coworkers. You become really close to them like family.

      Cons

      The space we were in was a but small and at times te system would freeze causing or calls to be backed up. Which resulted in upset nurses doctors and patients

      Great people to work for,good opportunity to move up in the company because it's growing and After understanding the system and passing the test the pay is great. They value agents. You can make it a career which is what the company wants out of employees.
