Pros

YAP is a national organization that provides behavioral health services to youth and families. The work can be emotionally challenging but incredibly meaningful. You will have the opportunity to change the lives of children, teens and families and know you made a difference. The Phoenix office is well managed and supports staff. YAP appreciates diversity and treats all staff equally, regardless of age, race, disability.

Cons

Pay is commensurate with education and experience but the job is part-time and hours not consistent.
