Pros

Flexible hours, compassionate coworkers, fulfilling work, diversified experiences, they encourage continued growth

Cons

As a director, on-call all hours of the day. If staff don't set good boundaries they can be easily burned out because there is always work to be done

If you’re wanting to grow, be challenged, and be accepted….then this is the place for you!! Youth In Need is the best place to work because they care, they believe in you, and they motivate you to be the best person you can be!! They are my 2nd family!!!

Cons

Every employee no matter where they work would like to make more money! :)
