From a UX standpoint, the company offered a strong learning environment. I was exposed to diverse challenges, collaborated with cross-functional teams, and gained valuable experience that strengthened my design skills

Cons

Fast-paced environment meant priorities shifted quickly. Great for learning, but can be challenging if you prefer very structured processes
