Pros

The organization has such great opportunity to serve people impacted by prostate cancer. There's a lot of change happening, but some of it was well overdue. It's an amazing place if you want to be a part of building something really impactful.

Cons

The amount of change is causing a lot of stress and there's a lot of process that is being built.

Pros

Great benefits. Organization covers all health insurance costs, nothing is taken from paycheck unless you have dependents. Unlimited PTO that is actually encouraged to use. Flexible hours

Cons

There have been a lot of recent changes due to leadership that sometimes causes stress but the organization is moving in a positive new direction

Pros

I am supported by the ZERO team both professionally and personally. This is a team in every sense of the word. We hold ourselves and one another to the highest standards and we care deeply about the mission and about those we serve.

Cons

We move at an incredibly fast pace, which may be overwhelming for some.
