- Amazing culture - We have almost every loan product to lend to home buyers/home owners, and every kind of real estate investor. There is no other one stop shop for investors like this. - Everybody is a team player - Has health benefits. - Flexible whereabouts policy - Management that live the core values - Owner that is involved and keeps the confidence high even when the market is low. - CEO & COO who lead from the front - Family like environment - Every position has some sort of commission to it - Very diverse - Offers a lot of self empowerment/self growth tools and classes - Hands on training This is an extraordinary company empowering people to achieve their dreams. To clients and employees.

Cons

We do not lend outside of Texas. Health benefits are great but expensive since it is a small company.
