I joined ZIRO back in November 2018 to work as Software Engineer and I have been thoroughly enjoying myself. With 50-70 employees overall, ZIRO is not a big organisation but we have created an environment that feels like working for over hundred along with companionship.

Strong team dynamics among colleagues We have regular meetings with everyone on the team where communication is open and transparent so that we all know what each one of us are working ensuring maximum alignment. The environment is super inclusive and free minded where one can just be cool without judgement at all for stating your opinion. It is really apparent that management listens to us, and this makes everyone feel truly respected throughout the company.
- Work-Life Balance:
ZIRO offers a good work-life balance. The standard work hours are 9-to-5, and there is remote work option which is particularly helpful for employees with family or personal commitments. The flexibility allows for a better balance between personal and professional lives, making ZIRO a very accommodating place to work.
