Zanda is a genuinely special place to work. The culture is warm, inclusive, and people-first—while also being ambitious, fast-paced, and always evolving. Leadership is highly accessible and open to feedback, and there’s a strong sense of shared purpose across the company. I’ve been promoted multiple times internally, which speaks to the opportunities for growth if you’re proactive, curious, and committed. As someone who cares deeply about customer experience, I feel deeply aligned with Zanda’s mission and long-term vision.
Cons
As with any growing SaaS company, there’s a lot happening all the time—which means things can move quickly and priorities can shift. That said, communication and clarity are improving all the time, and it’s part of what makes the work exciting.
