This breadth makes it possible to work on a very diverse set of data challenges. - Strong data stack: a great selection of foundational technologies like Snowflake and dbt with many components of modern data stack that give you time to spend on important and motivating goals and not mundane tasks - Very welcoming and productive team, motivated to be collaborative and united on the vision. - The office is located in a great area in West Austin and has a great view. 1. Phenomenal people, I genuinely like everyone I work with and interact with at Zello 2. Family feel, Zellos is a small company, and there is a strong feeling that every person counts. (I've been at other companies where this was used to try and squeeze more work out of employees, but I can honestly say at Zello I've never felt this was leveraged to increase my workload) 3.
