Pros

- Mature but agile: you get to bring value to a vast amount of customers while having little or no barriers in your way - Breadth of customers: from a strong suit of F500 companies like Sam's club to a steady stream of up and coming companies from all over the world. This breadth makes it possible to work on a very diverse set of data challenges. - Strong data stack: a great selection of foundational technologies like Snowflake and dbt with many components of modern data stack that give you time to spend on important and motivating goals and not mundane tasks - Very welcoming and productive team, motivated to be collaborative and united on the vision. - The office is located in a great area in West Austin and has a great view. All basic amenities are checked, including a generous educational allowance and support for learning at industry conferences. Great benefits!

Cons

The app and the industry is a pretty involved B2B product, so it takes time to explore and learn all the nuances — months to some extent. Get ready for that!

Pros

1. Phenomenal people, I genuinely like everyone I work with and interact with at Zello 2. Family feel, Zellos is a small company, and there is a strong feeling that every person counts. (I've been at other companies where this was used to try and squeeze more work out of employees, but I can honestly say at Zello I've never felt this was leveraged to increase my workload) 3. Fantastic offices, lots of sunlight, good drinks and food selection 4. Very fair compensation and benefits

Cons

The main con is that the company is a start-up and growing quickly, so when joining, there is a lot going on and not a lot of onboarding. It can take a bit to understand what's going on and who is responsible for what.
